CHLORHEXSol & SALINSol

Description

CHLORHEX Sol a 25ml solution of Chlorhexidine gluconate 0.05% w/v packed in a dispensing sachet. At this concentration and sufficient exposure duration the solution will kill E.coli, Salmonella and MRSA but Mycobacteria is resistant.

SALINE Sol is a 25ml 0.90% w/vol Sodium chloride solution. It is isotonic to blood serum. It is used for flushing and cleaning wounds. It is also used for dressing wounds when required. It is isotonic and therefore prevents the pain and burning experienced with water.

WARNING: SALINE Sol is not to be used for injection, infusion or diluent for any pharmaceutical preparation intended for parenteral administration
