Urine Bag

Description

STERIL manufactures two model of Disposable Urine Bags.

The standard version comes with a high-flow outlet that releases collected urine by turning the screw-tap. It is designed with a hanging strap that can be used for suspending the urine bag from any horizontal bar regardless of the shape of its cross-section. The standard bag can be supplied with a sampling port in the connector to allow needle aspiration of urine for culture and sensitivity testing.

The Econ version is designed with an open-close tap outlet that can be supplied with an attached single-use hanger fitting any horizontal bar or a separate reusable hanger. Both versions of the urine bag are provided with a non-return valve to prevent back-flow of collected urine into the connecting tube. The connecting tube is 90cm long and designed not to kink and obstruct urine flow. Either version can be supplied as a component of the procedure set made for bladder catheterization.
